Sha!
While the title of this post is vaguely incoherent, I hope that the rest of this post makes sense.
I’m not a big fan of Disney Music - period. Although, I must admit that the Jonas Brothers have a few songs that I don’t mind listening too. However, while I was browsing around CNET TV the other day, I found the latest video from Miley Cyrus. I decided to watch it, and found it rather atrocious at the beginning. For one, when she counts on, she’s not even on tempo. Grrr. Secondly, the word “Sha!” is well, just annoying. I don’t know why, but I don’t think it really fits. Anywho, take a look at the video and listen to the song and let me know what you think:

CNET TV Gets New Design
CNET TV has been around for a little over two years now, and has recently undergone several facelifts. The most recent, coming about two months ago. Now, with a complete overhaul of CNET.com, came a completely new look over at CNET TV. Thusfar, it’s a lot cleaner, sleeker, and dare I say, sexy. The new pipeless CNET logo is just stunning, and I can’t wait for the rest of the rollout to finish. Although, I am sad that I am yet to see the new CNET.com - so far, I’ve only been granted access to the new CNET TV.
Simplified, sitewide search function is a nicety.
The only major changes to the site are the look and feel. As far as the layout is concerned, the website is still very functional and EASY to use.
Blogging is Addidictive, and Fun!
The last time I took this test, I was 82% addicted to blogging. Since then, as my internet presence has increased (I think), I am now three percent more addicted to this so called “fad.” This number is up by 21% from when I originally took the test back in July of ‘07.
Do you think you have an addiction to blogging? Well, obviously mine is not a true addiction, but do you like to blog about everything, and wonder how your next post is going to go while in the shower, or in a completely random place? Let me know! richard@richard-escobedo.com
iPod Touch Firmware Rocks!
iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware Troubles
On Friday, July 11, several iPod Touch owners were hopeful that they would be able to purchase the iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware. Sadly, with iTunes’ server’s being down, this was not possible. Below are screenshots of the problems that myself and others across the world experienced:
iTunes was well aware of the fact that there was a firmware upgrade in the open, but later ran into problems.
For some reason, either iTunes’ servers were down, or the firmware was not available on the server just yet.
False hope was instilled into all iPod Touch owners that there was an update available, but, sadly, there wasn’t.
